Responsibilities for Admissions Coordinator :
- Obtain the resident / guardian signature on all required permits, releases, and authorizations, etc.
- Conduct tours with prospective residents and their families, providing detailed information about our services, facilities, and care options
- Maintain a current listing of all residents & assigned room numbers.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation and manage admissions paperwork
- Maintain a resident waiting list in accordance with established policies & prcedures.
- Other duties as assigned
