We are hiring an experienced, organized and responsible Service Writer to help our team continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a service department, great customer service, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with customers regarding their vehicles and provide service information in a friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking in customers
- Creating repair orders
- Quoting repairs
- Closing out invoices with customers
- Cleaning waiting area
- Ordering parts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
