Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler, preferably with caregiving experience or CNA certification, to join our team. The position would begin as a part-time role, but it has the potential to quickly transition to full-time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Scheduler will work closely with both clients and the office team to coordinate schedules, assist with onboarding, and manage confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules to ensure caregiver coverage, including filling open shifts when needed.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding, including presenting orientations and processing new hire paperwork.
- Ensure timely submission of employee timecards.
- Prepare termination documents and other HR-related paperwork.
- Coordinate schedules with clients and office staff to meet care needs.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing client health information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
