Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary

This job requires a reliable, deadline-driven maintenance specialist to respond to and complete maintenance of all existing buildings, offices and facilities.

Maintenance Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Team player that works well with others to deliver quality work and meet deadlines.
• Assists in performing a variety of maintenance and repairs to buildings.
• Responds to company maintenance requests and needs in a timely manner.
• Works independently and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Ensures the proper upkeep and maintenance of all company premises.
• Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Performs security, facilities and building maintenance equipment reviews to ensure good operations.
• Timely submission of hours for payroll processing.
• Timeline submission of credit card receipts.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance or construction experience required.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Passion for superior customer service.
• Ability to follow written and oral procedures and instructions.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow supervision.
• Needs to possess good communication skills to work with various employees and vendors.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirement of Position

• Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend or stoop occasionally.
• Ability to walk, sit and climb frequently.
• Position requires travel to all Bank facilities as needed.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, some weekends and after hours on occasion.
