Trust Operations Specialist
Location: Temple, TX
Education Requirements: College degree
Experience: 3 years Trust or banking experience. Background in Finance, Accounting, or law are a plus.
Knowledge Requirements:
Trust and general investment knowledge along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duties Performed in This Position:
Critical Tasks:
- Processing incoming receipts and investment income.
- Management and Reconciliation of Vault Assets.
- Process settlement of purchase / sale of assets.
- Manage All Trust Ops Supply Orders.
- Manage reconciliations for all custodian accounts.
Other Duties:
- Processing asset transfers for incoming or outgoing accounts.
- Dual control duties for disbursement and assets.
- Provide Monthly Reconciliation and Tickler Reports for TIC/TAC meetings.
- Participate in audit process for both internal and OCC audits when necessary.
- Bank training as required.
- Scan and Index Daily Work to Synergy.
- Cross Train on All Other Trust Ops Duties.
