Location : Hamilton Description : The Branch Supervisor role is a pivotal role responsible for the efficient and compliant operation of the branch. This leadership position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling, goal achievement, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the Branch Supervisor acts as a point of contact in the branch manager's absence and plays a crucial role in coaching and developing the branch team to ensure success while providing exceptional service to customers. - Lead our SWARM Banking approach, which involves greeting customers by name and greeting them as they walk into our lobbies.
- Accurately process a wide range of banking transactions including deposits and withdrawals, adhering to established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments, following established cash-handling procedures.
- Build and maintain a Premier customer portfolio through active relationship building.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
- Assist in managing the branch budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
- Help build the business by contributing toward monthly sales and service metrics.
- Oversee daily branch operations by assisting with scheduling, audits and the logistical components of cash handling.

- High School diploma
- 5 years of retail banking experience required.
- 5 years of supervisor experience required in a banking or retail environment with direct oversight of employees. Qualifications that would be a plus :
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
