Location : Waco
As a Digital Banking Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ushering our customers into the world of modern banking by empowering them with the knowledge and tools to navigate digital banking seamlessly. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and assist customers in utilizing the bank’s digital platforms and services while simultaneously making them feel welcome in our branch lobbies. In this role, you will empower our customers to embrace the convenience and efficiency of digital banking while ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed for a secure and seamless experience. Your dedication to customer education will contribute to the bank’s digital transformation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities that we would like for you to be excited about :
- Utilize technology to educate customers on our full range of digital banking options including but not limited to virtual tellers and our mobile app.
- Educate customers on best practices for safe online banking habits.
- Be a point of contact for customers facing technical issues or difficulties with our digital banking tools.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their digital banking experience and provide management with insights on trends that arise.
- Stay well-informed about the bank’s products and service, enabling you to identify opportunities to refer business to our Relationship Bankers.
- Utilize tools and resources to document all services completed on our customer’s accounts.
- Provide exceptional service through our SWARM Banking approach, which involves greeting customers by name and greeting them as they walk into our lobbies.
- Deeply understand and master our digital channels, including but not limited to our virtual tellers (indoor and outdoor), digital banking, phone banking, and our contact center. What we would expect you to bring to the team :
