Position Overview:
As the Marketing Director overseeing Restaurants, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that attract new customers, retain loyal guests, and build brand awareness across multiple restaurant locations. In this role, you will leverage the power of AI to optimize marketing initiatives in place of additional team members, making technology a key component of your daily workflow. Additionally, you will manage third-party vendors to produce high-quality video and photography content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and increase sales for our restaurant locations.
- Technology Integration: Use AI and other advanced technologies to streamline marketing tasks, including customer segmentation, personalized content delivery, and performance analysis, all while optimizing resources.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, etc.) to ensure maximum engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Creative Content Production: Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors to produce high-quality video, photography, and other multimedia content that captures the essence of our brand and resonates with our audience.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor marketing performance and leverage data to continually refine strategies, ensuring measurable results and maximizing ROI.
- Brand Positioning: Maintain a consistent, compelling brand message across all channels, both digital and traditional, while staying aligned with our evolving restaurant concepts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with restaurant offerings, promotions, and business goals.
- Team Leadership: While utilizing AI tools, you will also oversee vendor relationships and manage any internal resources, ensuring smooth execution of marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong experience using AI tools to optimize marketing efforts, such as customer targeting, content personalization, and campaign automation.
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with third-party vendors for video, photography, and other creative assets.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns) and a passion for emerging technologies.
- Exceptional creativity, with the ability to innovate and push the boundaries of marketing in the restaurant industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies.
