Extraordinary is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of effectively managing warehouse operations for an entertainment company, or a company in a related industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the staging of gear and loading and unloading of trucks for events
- Ensure that every event is properly staged according to its resource list
- Confirm that all gear going out on events is in good working order
- Identify broken gear, move it from usage, and manage the repair or replacement process
- Ensure that the warehouse and the assets it contains are well organized and clean at all times
- Recommend improvements for our warehouse operations and organization
- Maintain and update warehouse operations information in our workflow platform
- Manage team of full-time and part-time employees who work in the warehouse
- Set the daily priorities for the team working in the warehouse to ensure timelines are met and staff are always working efficiently
- Assign monthly warehouse duties and confirm they are completed
- Communicate regularly with VP of Event Operations, Salespeople, Fleet and Staffing Manager, and Senior Management
- Seasonally long hours (late night, early morning, weekends)
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience overseeing warehouse and warehouse operations for a production or event services company, or a company in a related industry
- General understanding of audio/visual equipment and staging, the event industry processes, and production schedules
- Unwavering desire for every event to be perfect based on strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Consistent adherence to operational workflows
- Creative problem solving when faced with unexpected challenges and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make events perfect
- Familiarity using digital platforms to manage warehouse operations
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- DOT license and ability to drive trucks up to 26’ in length
- Passion for the production and events industry

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
