Customer Experience Team Member: Off-Road And Watercraft Outfitter

Extreme Arizona ATV & Jet Ski Rentals in Cave Creek, AZ is looking for one off-road & watercraft team member to join our 13 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and has the ability to look for easy to elevate the the guest experience. Position could be either full or part time.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers with check-in and check-out
• Owns the guest experience to provide a high level experience that represents the brands reputation
• Answer phones and manage rental reservations
• Perform light mechanical maintenance on vehicles and equipment including
• *Change tires *Check Oil & Coolant

• Tow trailers and load/unload vehicles and watercraft
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Conduct thorough equipment inspections
• Pressure wash & clean vehicles

**Ideal Qualifications:**

• Experience with power-sports, including either dirt bikes, side-by-sides, or watercraft
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Ability to Swim
• Valid driver's license
• Flexible schedule and weekend availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
