Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and mission-aligned Executive Partner to work closely with our founder on-site. You’ll help manage top priorities, support key operations, and keep both people and projects moving forward.
This role is critical to the success of our team and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to something deeply impactful from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Serve as the founder’s executive assistant and operational partner.
Manage schedules, communications, meetings, and key follow-ups.
Keep all critical teams focused and aligned on top priorities.
Support project management, people-centered operations, and day-to-day coordination.
Help create and maintain systems that are values-driven and easy to navigate.
Liaise with both nonprofit and for-profit team members as needed.
Uphold our code of virtues and mission in every interaction.
Qualifications
Experience in executive support, project coordination, or team operations (3 years preferred).
Deep passion for youth advocacy and systems change; knowledge of the foster care system is a plus.
Strong organizational and leadership skills—someone others naturally turn to for guidance.
Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in fast-paced organizations (nonprofit, startup, or both).
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Background in nonprofit or social enterprise work
Understanding of human-centered design or behavioral systems
Strategic thinking, planning, or leadership experience
Experience supporting visionaries or entrepreneurs
Ability to manage team culture and communication
