What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst Co-Op position at Extreme Engineering Solutions?
Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly organized, data focused student to support our sales, operations, and engineering departments. Our Data Analysts use best practices for process improvement to understand the data, ensure the process is designed and developed to create and maintain quality data, and map data conversions as needed. Independent, self-driven, and data centric are keys to success in this position.
This position is full-time and in-person at our Verona, WI facility for May - December 2025. This typically requires students to take a semester off of school to accommodate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales demand. The using that sales demand to model materials and labor requirements necessary.
- Implement best practices for process improvement to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and challenges.
- Analyzing data to measure business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Designing and developing processes and technologies to streamline data creation and maintenance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner such as reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
