Data Analytics Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional to lead our growing team of Data Analysts. This role will involve a blend of leadership, project management, and hands-on analysis. As the Data Analytics Manager, you will manage, mentor, and develop your team while also contributing directly to data analysis and business intelligence projects. Duties and Responsibilities Be responsible for people management, hiring, onboarding, and professional development of the Data Analytics team Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights and reports Simplify complex business data into clear narratives and decisive, compelling recommendations Manage project backlog and Kanban implementation by scoping incoming projects and facilitating work in progress Be a technical and domain expert to your team, leading by example with best practices in data analysis, data science, and business intelligence Spend at least 50% of your time doing hands-on data analysis, creating reports and visualizations, and providing insights ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of seven (7 ) years of relevant professional experience, with at least two years in a people-management role Advanced relational database and SQL knowledge (we use a lot of PostgreSQL and MySQL) Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence your cross-functional stakeholders Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.xes-inc.com/about/careers/
