Primary Purpose of this Position:
The Project Manager is an essential position within our organization, whose primary purpose is:
- To plan and execute construction projects to be completed on time and in budget
- To keep all aspects of a construction project in alignment with the company’s defined processes
- To lead and manage our Front Line Team and subcontractors
- To be ultimately accountable for all aspects of construction projects
Expectations:
As a Project Manager, you will be expected to:
- Supervise the construction of in-ground swimming pools, landscapes, and outdoor living structures, from pre-construction through completion
- Communicate with residential and commercial clients
- Supervise up to 40 in-house laborers, making up 10 crews
- Supervise subcontractors
- Manage 15-30 residential and commercial projects at a time
- Manage the shop/yard operations and organization
- Coordinate and maintain our fleet and equipment
- Supervise Service Technicians, and ensure service and warranty calls are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Quality Control throughout - including construction and service
- Setup equipment and appliances including pool equipment, irrigation controllers, lighting, grills, etc.)
- Collect draw and completion payments from clients when payments are due
- Communicate daily with the branch Project Coordinator regarding schedule, materials, equipment, and accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
