Job Description
This Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in driving organizational design efficiency, performance management, and HR initiatives that drive business outcomes for the IT and Support Services groups. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key business leaders, providing expert recommendations and value-added solutions to drive strategic people plans.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans
- Drive organizational design efficiency and performance management initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results-oriented HR initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with specialized skills in HR or related field
- 10-12 years relevant work experience, multinational/global experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of US labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical acumen and sound judgment
- Strong mental agility, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise
