General Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic, fast, paced single and multi family construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess basic construction knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operations within many sites located around the region.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely on all sites.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace on our sites and in single family homes.
• Collaborate with team members to preform and complete goals efficiently.
• While preforming tasks and routine goals at work, report all issues and concerns to field supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in multi and single family construction environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical concepts and powers tools and how they work is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail while meeting high expectation goals!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
• Ability to follow rules and directions to the T.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
