Shift:Tuesday-Saturday 9:00-6:00
Purpose
The Supply Chain Technician I will be responsible for driving the daily flow of work receiving and stocking critical and non-critical supplies.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily flow of work for receiving and stocking supplies
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that supplies are distributed to the correct locations
- Follow SOPs in compliance with regulatory requirements for supply storage, handling, and tracking of supplies
- Ability to cross train to assist in receiving donated tissues as needed
- Starting your job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments
- Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and computer systems
- Ability to operate a company vehicle with acceptable driving record

- Ability to secure and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a warehouse, receiving and/or shipping environment preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of tissue banking industry and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Valid Class “C” driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to document work with legible handwriting
