Job Description :

As the Southall Site Team Lead at Extrity Services, you will be instrumental in leading and overseeing a team of security officers at the Southall site. Your role is critical in ensuring effective security operations, team performance, and compliance with site-specific and company-wide protocols. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, ensuring service excellence, and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Leadership and Team Management : Supervise and lead a team of security officers, ensuring they are fully trained, motivated, and compliant with site policies. Mentor and coach team members to promote professional development.
• Conduct Briefings : Regularly communicate updates, incidents, or changes in procedures to the team.
• Security Operations Oversight : Oversee daily security operations, ensuring all security systems and protocols are effectively implemented, and equipment is functioning correctly.
• Policy Compliance and Enforcement : Ensure the security team adheres to all site-specific and company-wide policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct Inspections : Regularly inspect for compliance gaps and implement improvements where necessary.
• Reporting and Documentation : Track and document performance, addressing any issues related to discipline or conduct.
• Communication and Coordination : Serve as the main point of contact between security staff and company management, fostering effective communication and collaboration during shifts.
• Risk Assessment and Prevention : Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to prevent security breaches or damage to the site.
• Training and Development : Provide ongoing training to ensure continuous skill development and certification compliance among security personnel.
• Customer and Client Service : Ensure all security staff provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients.
• Emergency Preparedness : Maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
• Help manage the schedule and arrange shift coverage when necessary (including cover shifts).
