Exxelia Micropen is a technology leader in the design, development and manufacturing of precision resistor components, medical devices and other electronic components and sensors. We are seeking an ERP Specialist with Epicor 10 expertise who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Summary :
The ERP Specialist will manage all aspects of the Epicor 10 ERP system with the primary goal of continuously improving the productivity of all its users. This role requires strong knowledge of the various business needs in a manufacturing environment including Sales, Scheduling, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance. The position reports directly to the IT Manager and interacts with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Create, maintain and develop dashboards, forms, SSRS reports, BAQs, and other customizations to maximize utilization and productivity of the ERP system to meet the needs of the organization.
- Provide daily ERP support for system users.
- Participate in ad-hoc or special projects.
- Provide system training as needed to support a high level of competency across the organization.
- Assist with developing and managing data exchanges with ERP system and other software systems.
- Perform ERP software revision upgrades to ensure the system remains current.
- Manage all ERP user configurations and security administration.
