Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to join our team, supporting our dynamic manufacturing operations. This role involves managing all activities associated with purchasing and planning of manufacturing goods and services.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to source, select, and manage a diverse supply base, hands-on experience with an MRP system, inventory management, and cost/price analysis. Additionally, working knowledge of manufacturing standards – ISO, 13485, FDA, AS9100 – is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and Planning: Manage all activities associated with purchasing and planning of manufacturing goods and services.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain and improve relationships with current suppliers by engaging in regular communication, negotiating pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Inventory Management: Partner with Production staff to maintain inventory accuracy in Sage MRP system for automatic re-order points.
