About the Role
We are seeking a talented Production Procurement Associate to join our team, supporting our dynamic manufacturing operations. This role involves managing all activities associated with purchasing and planning of manufacturing goods and services.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to source, select, and manage a diverse supply base, hands-on experience with an MRP system, inventory management, and cost/price analysis. Additionally, working knowledge of manufacturing standards – ISO, 13485, FDA, AS9100 – is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and Planning: Manage all activities associated with purchasing and planning of manufacturing goods and services.
- Sourcing and Selection: Identify and evaluate new and alternative suppliers for specific commodities and/or custom designs.
- Inventory Management: Partner with Production staff to maintain inventory accuracy in Sage MRP system for automatic re-order points.
