Cashier - Country Corners Market
A cashier will work at the register and provide services to the customers of Country Corners Markets. The following are the main duties and physical requirements of a store cashier but are not limited to:
Duties
- Fulfill cashier shifts.
- Clean and wipe down counters on a regular basis.
- Clean all areas of stores when needed or requested.
- Make coffee and fill roller grill.
- Stock cups, lids, condiments, napkins.
- Empty and dispose of trash when needed.
- Maintain store stock on floor, cooler, deli.
- Assist all customers with questions, merchandise and fueling.
- Collect and maintain cash for your shift.
- Count change back to customers.
- Provide receipts to customers if requested.
- Follow all safety policies while on duty.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for up to 8 hours in a day.
- Squatting, bending multiple times in a day.
- Lifting or carrying freight up to 25lbs.
- Push and pulling freight up to 25lbs.
