- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product information, promotions, and sales opportunities.
- Upsell products by demonstrating features and benefits during product demos.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when required, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
