Job Role Summary
Job Role Responsibilities
- Provides support and custodianship for HR-specific technology application (Defines, plans, and implements changes on core applications/services required to accommodate business needs.)
- Facilitates controls compliance, advising business on appropriate controls to maintain security of data and applications
- Drives enhancements to current HR applications (by collecting user feedback and/or analysis of internal and external solutions)
- Monitors system performance, configuration, and data metrics to ensure highest quality data and services, including recovering HR core applications/services from unplanned outages as well as define, plan, and implement changes on required environment
- Supports technology capability growth throughout the HR function
- Drives governance of data to meet corporate standards, consistent usage and data integrity
- Conducts user testing for new applications and enhancements
- Consults on projects/work items and translates business needs to EMIT partners and ensures IT solutions fit requirements
- Mentors/guides on HR data and systems impacts
- Escalation point for complex system and user support
