Job Role Summary
- This role focuses on developing deep knowledge of the broad spectrum of HR processes. It includes designing, implementing, and maintaining functionality supporting HR professionals as well as true end users of HR - the employees and managers. Given the global footprint of ExxonMobil, this role is involved in supporting HR globally and meeting all the different legal and policy requirements for each country. In this role, you are supporting tools that impact the entire corporation and you as an employee will also be using.
