About Houston (Spring)
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
Exxon Mobil Corporation is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant with experience providing legal administrative support to legal/executive and upper management personnel.
What you will do
Providing day-to-day support for legal/executive and upper management including, but not limited to the following:
Receive, manage, and prioritize, calls and correspondence, on behalf of executive/ upper management, working with other support staff to ensure coverage- Welcoming visitors within Executives suites for upper management and interacting with them
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings across global time zones utilizing scheduling, calendar, and telecommunication/teleconference software and mediums
- Support event coordination, supporting leaders in detailed initiatives surrounding planning and execution of these events
- Manage, coordinate, and schedule all aspects of travel arrangements
- Preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents, utilizing the full suite of Microsoft Office products. Assist with deliverable presentation set up and trouble shooting
- May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information for upper-level management reporting
- Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries on behalf of senior leadership
- Support other colleagues when possible, providing timely answers to requests
- Handle confidential and/or sensitive information appropriately
About you
Skills and Qualifications
Outstanding Communication Skills: Must demonstrate competence and ease communicating with senior executives and their teams, as characterized by excellent verbal skills and written skills (drafting, proof-reading for spelling and grammar, and formatting). Sound judgment and professional demeanor- Intelligence and Intellectual Curiosity: High level of business acumen; quick learner. able to make timely decisions and drive to action
- High Energy Level: Customer service focused with high degree of interpersonal and professional savvy across varying levels of stakeholders. Must embrace the fluctuating demands of position
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Works with minimal direction; is self-motivated and a self-starter
- Efficiency: Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple continually changing priorities with varying deadlines
- Persistence and Thoroughness: Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, able to assertively navigate organizational structures, but with sensitivity and finesse. Strong attention to detail with high degree of prioritization
- Discretion: Must project an understanding and appreciation for the confidentiality of documents, initiatives, and projects, and protect it as appropriate
- Contribution to Team and Resources. Must be recognized as a natural team player who is invested in the success of the team
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders, at least partially with a major law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong track record of performing duties with a high level of professionalism, flexibility, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy
- Experience cultivating positive working relationships and gaining trust and respect across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Foreign language proficiency is preferred (German or French is a plus)
- Experience interacting with legal matter management or legal billing computer systems preferred
