Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases and other inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station area, including fuel pumps and convenience store sections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
