. What role you will play in our team

. ExxonMobil's Medicine and Occupational Health (MOH) Department is a multi-disciplinary team providing the full suite of occupational health services to the ExxonMobil organization. This role is supporting our clinic based located at our corporate office and future headquarters. This ExxonMobil position is located Spring, Texas. ExxonMobil is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse.

. What you will do

• 
  . Provide and document services within the professional scope and standards of license specific to health care of employees
• . Conduct clinical assessments to assist / determine fitness for duty (must understand relationship between work functions and medical conditions which guide decision making)
• . Perform medical surveillance and routine fitness for duty evaluations as required by Corporate MOH evaluation protocols and / or regulatory requirements
• . Provide emergency treatment for injury and illness as needed
• . Provide disability case management for personal and work related injury and illness
• . Provide support in management of work related injuries and illnesses including consideration of OSHA recordkeeping requirements
• . Participate in necessary administrative duties related to the provision of occupational health services, including appointment scheduling, maintenance of medical records, ordering of supplies / medications and equipment management
• . Communicate as necessary with management and business line representatives regarding occupational health issues

. We are looking for someone who has a strong clinical background and has the following qualifications:

. Skills and Qualifications

• . Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas required
• . Advance English level
• . Ability to effectively work with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• . Attention to details, proactiveness and Teamwork

. Preferred Qualifications

• . Strong analytical and communication skills
• . Demonstrated work experience in occupational health
• . Demonstrated work experience in travel medicine and / or disability case management
