What Role You Will Play In Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Global Projects Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
What You Will Do
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans accordingly.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and issue resolutions.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to optimize project performance.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Conduct quality audits and implement improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change logs.
- Utilize project management software to track and report on project performance.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of prior experience energy experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Strong understanding of projects & project mangement.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
- Proficiency in performance reporting and metrics analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible to travel to project sites if needed
- Mobility in location & willingness to travel globally
- Geographically mobile & willing to travel and relocate globally
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with GPA 3.5 or above
- Demonstrated work experience in oil/gas, client organizations, and mega projects
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA)
- Proficiency in excel & Microsoft office suite
- Expereince on projects from early to late stages of varying sizes
