What role you will play in our team
As a senior advisor on ExxonMobil's Global Marine Strategy and Process team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ExxonMobil's Global Marine Team into a leading marine operations management organization.
The GM Strategy and Process team, Part of ExxonMobil's Global Marine Organization in EM's Global Supply Chain, is on point to transform Global Marine and deliver significant business value (>$0.5G).
What you will do
You lead the implementation of transformation initiatives, part of the Global Marine transformation roadmap, coordinate scale-up and measure progress.
You drive the implementation of harmonized and streamlined end-to-end processes and effective utilization of digital systems to deliver business outcomes. You act as a transformation ambassador ensuring cross-functional alignment, and fostering new ways of working across teams to drive sustainable adoption of operating model changes
You develop deep market insights and an external network to identify opportunities and drive improvements; Integrate internal and external insights into global marine coverage strategy development.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant bulk marine logistics management experience
B.S. in marine logistics or equivalent work experience in bulk marine logistics management.
The candidate needs to be able to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries in a global multinational environment and processes strong change management and communication skills.
You are a critical thinker that constructively challenges the status quo with a relentless drive to improve and deliver business value.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
In your prior work, you were part of a large business transformation, and you have hands-on experience in Business Process Management and Business Process redesign.
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma is a plus

Salary : $117,000 - $200,000
