What Role You Will Play In Our Team

- Measurement Engineer
- Subsea Engineer
- Facilities Engineer
- Industrial Control Systems & Cybersecurity Engineer
Lead initiatives for lessons learned capture and continuous improvement
- Prepare and revise operations execution procedures
- Identify and manage risks associated operations and recommend / progress improvement initiatives / corrective actions
- Liaise with contractors and vendors in reviewing and evaluating technical information
- Obtain all required permits and regulatory approvals
- Ensure compliance with business controls
- Monitor well performance and provide recommendations for optimizations
- Capture potential improvement opportunities that can have a positive impact on safety or efficiency
- Analysis of data to diagnose or predict potential operational challenges
- Work closely with engineering and operations peers to implement required changes in practices / procedures
- Provide on-site (offshore) support to ongoing operations (position dependent)
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Applicants with anticipated graduation date or completion of engineering bachelor’s degree requirements in summer 2025 are invited to apply
- Self-directed with the ability to recognize/pursue solutions required to solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills and effective organizational skills good attention to detail, completeness, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and group discussions good public speaking skills
- Excellent communications (oral & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical experience in Oil and Gas or heavy industry is advantageous, but not required
- Willingness to travel to offshore locations on a regular basis (e.g., drilling rigs, FPSOs)
