The Senior Architect is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guide the architectural team during the design / construction process. The Senior Architect will have three main customers : the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to : Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA / QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead.

- Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes / procedures / standards
- Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems
- Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination
- Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
- Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility
- Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams
- Participates in the development of office standards and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
