You will support us in implementation of Lean & production Principles & Methods in Design and Construction projects worldwide.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Design / Lean Construction for all phases of our projects using PPM (Project production management) and LPS (Last planner system) methods together with Exyte standard software.
• Train project team members as well as key users of the organization on Exyte standard Lean Construction methods and tools/ software.
• Develop and optimize our standard lean methods and tools in close contact with all stakeholders and act as an ambassador for our lean philosophy.
• Transform and develop high-performance teams: convince your colleagues with your enthusiasm for Lean & production control and thus shape the culture in project execution.
• Act as first point of contact for users of the Lean Design / Lean Construction methods in our projects.
• Support the department with development of new creative methods to help the company with project execution.
  
  

Show Your Expertise

Minimum

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field / experience preferred
  
  

Preferred

• Strong Communication, facilitation and moderation skills.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a high level of motivation and capability to influence and engage teams effectively.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Management methodology and principals in the construction industry preferred.
