The Senior Specialist ERP will lead and execute critical data migration activities and establish robust long-term data governance strategies. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, integrity, and accessibility of US SAP master data assets, directly impacting key business decisions and operational efficiency.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

Data Migration Planning & Execution:

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and validation of master data migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain detailed migration plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project management and stakeholders to define data mapping rules, transformation logic, and data cleansing procedures.
• Process documentation related to OneERP initiative.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks and reconciliation activities before, during, and after migration.
• Coordinate migration testing activities.
• Manage post-migration data validation and issue resolution.
  
  

Data Governance & Stewardship

• Ensure adherence to established data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to define data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and accountability.
• Establish data quality metrics and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and ensure master data supports their requirements.
• Manage and maintain the master data repository, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
• Process data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to improve data quality.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Effectively communicate data-related concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist with organizational change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and procurement, to ensure alignment on data strategies and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with data owners and stewards across the organization.
• Provide training and support to users on data governance policies and procedures

Show Your Expertise

Minimum Required:

• College degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Or 12 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SAP master data objects, structures, and integration points.
  
  

Preferred

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related preferred
• Procurement or Buying experience preferred
• Experience in Oracle or SAP preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
