Assistant Clinic Director Responsibilities
Assist Clinic Director with overseeing the day-to-day operations of Eyas Landing/Merlin Day Academy therapeutic programs and extended day services.
Review lesson plans and therapeutic curriculum.
Review Eyas Landing/Merlin Day Academy documentation and data collection.
Assist Clinic Director with leading weekly lead meetings.
Assist Clinic Director with leading weekly staff meetings 1-2 times a month.
Assist Clinic Director with scheduling and providing staff trainings throughout the year.
Collaborate with therapy teams regarding service plans, interventions, etc.
Attend team/parent meetings, as needed.
Provide direct support/training to staff and clients.
Assist Clinic Director with developing and overseeing staff schedules.
Assist Clinic Director with managing timecards.
Assist Clinic Director in conducting annual performance reviews.
Assist Clinic Director with developing, enforcing and updating staff policies and procedures as needed.
Assist Clinic Director with conducting tours, follow-ups, and meetings with prospective families.
Consult with incoming families and therapists regarding service plan recommendations.
Maintain classroom client and staff rosters.
Assist Clinic Director with ordering equipment.
Attend 2-3 marketing events per calendar year.
Provide onsite support when Clinic Director is offsite.
Collaborate with area schools, programs, etc. - resources for clients and families.
Organize family events (holiday parties, parent trainings, etc.).
Participates in all required supervision meetings.
Participates in all cross location/cross company leadership meetings.
Assist Clinic Director with supervision of new staff after six months of employment.
Participate in yearly performance review with supervisor.
Facilitate and participate in all required company orientation, professional development days and ongoing trainings as required.
Facilitate and participate in monthly staff meetings, department meetings and as needed team meetings.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Master's Degree Required
5 years experience as a Department Lead, Assistant Director, or Director

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
