What are the responsibilities and job description for the Iowa Cubs Games Parking Staff position at Eychaner Properties?
Eychaner Properties is now hiring staff for our 2025 Iowa Cubs baseball parking operation. We operate three lots to the west of Principal Park during every home game for shifts of 2 to 3 hours. These lots are not affiliated with the Iowa Cubs operated lots.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Operate Credit Card terminals to collect money from vehicles entering parking lots.
- Guide customers with verbal instructions and flagging techniques to designated parking spots.
- Must posses the ability to work hours as directed by the baseball schedule.
- Must possess the ability to work flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be a good teammate, contribute positively to a winning culture and be respectful.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Follow directions and directives from supervisor.
- Follow the organization's policies and guidelines.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for 3 hour shifts and outside in all weather conditions.
- Working environment can be fast-pasted.
