We are currently looking for a Full-Time Call Center Representative! Bilingual pay differential offered! Telecommuting opportunities may be available after successful onsite training! No out of state applicants, please.
As an Inbound Call Center Representative you'll provide our patients with friendly, efficient appointment scheduling via the telephone and internet, verifying insurance and routing calls that do not require appointment scheduling. Our hours are from Monday - Friday, 7am - 5 : 30pm.
Job Duties May Include :
- Greets each caller with a friendly customer service approach and handles the call appropriately.
- Strives to set appointment times, dates and locations for the convenience of the patient
- Schedules appointments according to defined physician template, with any deviation from the template requiring physician approval
- Daily completion of internet appointments based on scheduling criteria
- Completes phone calls courteously and efficiently, being mindful of the need to handle a high volume of calls
- Verifies demographic and insurance information for all patients.
