Overview
We are looking for a candidate to join our medspa team. We are looking for a unique individual who is flexible and able to handle multiple tasks. The position would be for our front desk and float in the back office for support. The ideal candidate would be a medical assistant with at least 2 years of experience. A ideal candidate would have social media experience or marketing/advertising experience.
Responsibilities
- Check in and welcome each patients
- Perform intake paperwork with patients.
- Room patients and prepare the room for treatments.
- Check out patients, money collection, and record keeping.
- Work with our treatment providers to prep patients
- Back office duties like cleaning room, drawing up medications, giving IM injections
- Skincare and Procedure sales. (Commission available)
- Social media tasks. Making posts, video and editing procedures, and answering social media messages.
- Bonus to help with marketing and advertising if experienced.
Skills
- Medical Assistant for at least 2 years.
- Bonus if you have an Aesthetician license, too
- Bonus if you have experience in advertising, marketing, or social media managing
- Welcoming and upbeat personality
- Comfortable with upselling
- Knowledge in Aesthetics
- Knowledge of Aesthetic Record EMR program
- Proficient in all Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
