What You'll Do:
- Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear fittings to match their style and vision needs
- Accurately dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses based on prescriptions
- Measure and fit patients for eyeglasses, ensuring the correct adjustments for comfort and functionality
- Provide expert advice on eyewear care and maintenance
- Work closely with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Manage inventory and ensure that all eyewear products are properly stocked
- Keep up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends, technology, and industry standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Optician (1-3 years preferred) but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of vision care products and lenses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
