We are seeking a driven professional who will serve as Supply Chain SAP Functional Analyst to support the business processes. This role will be accountable for analyzing, designing and implementing processes related to ECP Inventory Management.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with project teams to prioritize, test, and deploy system changes.
Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design and development of SAP supply chain processes, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Materials Management.
Assist with designing and documenting detailed product requirements and use cases to ensure the delivery of stable and scalable solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, coordinate with the ABAP team, and ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Prepare and execute unit test scripts, integration tests, and provide job aids for business users.
Participate in thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of system changes.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure consistency, high-quality solutions, and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
Provide production support through incident and problem management processes. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with business and technical teams, and resolve them following SAP best practices.
Collaborate with other FI-CO analysts on dependent objects to ensure efficient implementations.
Monitor periodic reports for inconsistencies and exceptions.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 2 years of relevant experience.
0-1 years of hands-on experience in any one of the supply chain SAP modules
Knowledge about the business processes of an ERP system.
Provided production support is an added plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Demonstrated proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
