Job Summary : The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing pharmaceutical inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demand and will report directly to the Director of Retina Strategy and Operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management
- Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Manage inventory replenishment and allocation
- Assist with inventory forecasting and planning
- Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures
Qualifications :
Physical Demands :
The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment :
The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst will work remotely. However, up to 25% travel will be required.
Salary :
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
