Job Title : Provider Enrollment Specialist
SUMMARY
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) provider enrollment specialist is responsible for determining if a patient is eligible for health care services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Required to evaluate customer insurance to determine possible treatment options.
- Make suggestions for different treatment programs based on the patients insurance coverage and obtaining patient records.
- Credential Providers to be in network with insurance plans.
- Organize Provider Information for multiple practices.
- Communicate closely with providers and offices regarding credentialing.
- Update provider Information.
- Maintain Excel Spreadsheets and reporting .
- Follow up with Insurance Companies regarding network status.
