Job Summary
We are seeking a enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our office. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. You will be responsible for various tasks within our establishment, contributing to a friendly and efficient environment.
We are looking for a candidate ready to work in a fast pace office setting, that is great at multitasking and a team player. Travel is a must to other Eye Centers of Tennessee locations when needed.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Conduct preliminary eye exam and tests, such as visual acuity and color vision.
- Perform diagnostic tests, including retinal imaging and visual fields.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a clean and organzied work environment in the clinic
- Checking glasses on the lensometer
- Plus many other skills
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to accept change and be flexible.
- This position requires someone eager to learn all areas of eyecare as a support team member.
- We will happily train you to adapt your skill to your new role but you must LOVE working with people.
