WHO YOU ARE : The Front Desk Manager manages all aspects of the front desk department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing, annual performance reviews, adhering to policy & procedure, training, and disciplinary actions in accordance with ECA policies and procedures. The Front Desk Manager provides leadership and support to all employees of the Front Desk, implements and enforces the ECA Standards of Conduct in all areas supervised.Responsibilities : Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Desk department making sure they adhere to the standards of conduct and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, ECA policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all Act as manager on duty for the front desk, dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may Inform all Front Desk employees of daily responsibilities. Hold front desk meetings keeping employees informed of all necessary information pertaining to job and ECA standards and promoting a strong team atmosphere and Be aware and able to enforce policy and procedures. Remain current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training.
