Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Conduct complimentary consultations for patients seeking skincare services.
- Provide patients with personalized instructions and educational materials tailored to their unique skin type, recommending adjustments to their skincare regimen when necessary.
- Administer treatments to patients and ensures timely follow-up.
- Identify patient skincare goals, recommend suitable products, and services, and facilitate the achievement of those goals.
- Coordinate correspondence with patients regarding their skin care treatment plans, product usage, or home care instructions.
- Maintain detailed patient medical records covering treatment procedures, elective products, medication history, and educational materials.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation, following manufacturer guidelines. Actively participate in in-service educational programs and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to order inventory and supplies for treatment rooms and retail areas.
- Work with the Marketing Director/team to generate pictures and videos for social media platforms, sending media monthly.
- Abide by marketing trade agreements, following guidelines approved by Marketing.
- Demonstrate respect for colleagues, recognizing the importance of teamwork for individual success.
- Train incoming employees on company specific protocols.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Active and valid Driver’s License.
- Two years of work experience.
