Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Approve all time-off requests and maintain the Time-off Calendar.
- Oversee Paycor for all business staff.
- Maintain focus on overtime.
- Serve as a resource for Office Managers/Leads in satellite offices.
- Proficient in the check-in and check-out process.
- Proficient in Phreesia.
- Assist call center staff with patient scheduling.
- Support projects for the Regional Director of Operations.
- Schedule regular visits to satellite offices to meet with Office Managers/Leads/front staff.
- Mentor Office Managers/Leads/Front staff to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Maximize efficiency in front desk protocols.
- Review monthly benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Manager to ensure cohesive efforts between business and clinic.
- Facilitate the integration of new offices.
