Looking for a highly motivated candidate with a welcoming personality to add to our team. We are a busy three physician practice that strives to provide high quality medical treatment to our patients. Main responsibilities of this entry-level position include: greeting patients, checking in & out patients, scheduling appointments, answer phones, and collecting & posting payments. The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of medical insurance plans, but willing to teach the right person. The hours of this position are from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, although some days the end time may be earlier depending on patient volume.
