Key Responsibilities
- Execute regional, partner-focused marketing campaigns tailored for the DACH market to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Localise and distribute centrally developed marketing assets (email, social, print collateral, etc.) to support demand generation and sales enablement.
- Plan and execute regional, partner-focused events including trade shows, conferences, and roadshows. Own event logistics from A to Z — budgeting, vendors, timelines — ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Track and analyse campaign and event performances, identifying opportunities to optimise ROI and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and thought leaders to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
- Coordinate local press releases, speaker opportunities, and media outreach in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
- Support thought leadership and content placement in key DACH industry publications and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Relevant years of experience in B2B-Field Marketing, ideally with a Channel Marketing focus.
- Strong track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns and events that drive measurable pipeline.
- Experience with PR and communication initiatives in German-speaking markets.
- Strong project management and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, report, and iterate on key marketing KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel for events and in-person meetings (up to 30%).
