Responsibilities:
As a Charge Nurse at the Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of our Ambulatory Surgery Center, including coordinating breaks and lunches, daily log checks, schedules, and enforcing policies.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care of patients in accordance with established Federal, State, and accreditation standards.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participating in direct patient care and working closely with our healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
