About the Role:
The Charge Nurse is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This includes managing staff, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct nursing staff
- Coordinate patient scheduling and room assignments
- Conduct daily log checks and enforce policies
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- Previous experience in an Operating Room, Pre-Op/Post-Op, PACU, or ICU setting preferred
